If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale of your
personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

What We Share

We may share contact information (name, email, address, district) with vetted primary
challenger campaigns in your district if you explicitly consented when submitting a pledge.
We may charge campaigns a fee for access to organized contact lists.

How to Opt Out

To opt out of having your information shared with campaigns:

**Include:** Your name and email address used when pledging

We will process your opt-out request within 15 business days and send you confirmation.

Other Rights

You also have the right to:
- Request what personal data we have about you
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Know who we've shared your data with

subject line and specify what you're requesting.
