Primary Challenger Campaigns:
If you checked "I consent to DNR sharing my contact info with vetted challenger campaigns," we may provide your contact information to primary challenger campaigns in your district.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - DATA SHARING FOR A FEE:
We may charge primary challenger campaigns a fee for access to contact lists of supporters who have explicitly consented to sharing. This helps sustain our platform and allows us to provide free services to citizens.
Under California law (CCPA), providing your information to third parties for a fee may be considered a "sale" of personal information. You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time. See Section 12 below for California-specific rights.
We only share information with campaigns you've explicitly consented to be contacted by, and only for vetted primary challengers in your district. Campaigns may contact you directly about volunteer opportunities, donations, or campaign updates. Once shared, these campaigns become independent data controllers and are responsible for their own use of your information.
We will NOT share your information with:

We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm when complete.

Your Right to Opt Out: If you are a California resident and wish to opt out of this sharing, you have two options:
